A $50.00 Application fee should accompany your application before processing. please note that all applications are recieved, reviewed, processed on a first come first serve basis. If mailing your application please beware of the time involved in mailing to our office.Likewise faxing applications is accepted but we need the fee before completing the request. Your security deposit must also be in our possession before a property is considered rented and taken it off the rental market.
